STORY: Our Own Worst Enemy
My boss, a partner in a law firm, dictated a very important letter. It was a
multi-million dollar deal and the letter had to be perfect. All I made was one
little typo. Instead of saying the funds were “not” available, the letter said,
“the funds are NOW available”.
